Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour. However, processing may be delayed if a KYC verification is pending or unusual activity is detected on the account. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Transactions from Third-Party Accounts

Transactions using a mobile banking account not registered in your own name are prohibited. If a transaction from a third-party account is confirmed, the associated funds will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

888e offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 and receive a bonus of ৳20,000 (maximum limit) — total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Calculation

The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. No winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonuses, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using bonus arbitrage methods is a serious violation of these Terms. In such cases, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

5.4 Other Promotions

888e periodically offers cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. The specific terms of each offer will be stated alongside that offer. These general Terms always apply.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in the case of a technical error or server issue. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is uncertain due to a software error, network issue, or server disconnection, 888e reserves the right to void that game and refund the bet amount.

6.3 Fair Play

8 Account Suspension and Closure

888e reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification or KYC process.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account.
• Suspicion of using funds from illegal sources.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
